Exercises in the app
"Free Abs Workout Exercises" are divided in 3 levels of difficulty: beginner, intermediate and advanced. Each of these three levels has its own terms. If you have selected the first one, there will be 4 exercises available for you. You will have to do 2 sets of each twice a week. At the intermediate level there are 6 exercises which you will have to do twice a week, 3 sets each. The advanced level consists of 12 exercises, and you will have to do them three times a week, 4 sets each.
